About Us
Offering physiotherapy services across Norwich and the surrounding areas.
Our mission

After a number of years working for one of Norfolk's leading private physiotherapy practices, Grace established Progress Physiotherapy.
We aim to concentrate on an exclusive client list, bringing together a range of different experiences and expertise to offer a holistic approach to treating the whole person, not focussing just on an injury or condition.
We firmly believe that good communication and educating patients during the rehabilitation process, is the best way to optimise their recovery and to keep them active and uninjured in the future.
Grace Birchall
BSc MCSP
Grace Birchall's background in personal training and sports massage therapy, includes working with a variety of Norfolk men’s football teams, and supporting the Scotland national team at the European Dodgeball Championships before deciding to advance her training and complete her BSc in Physiotherapy, following her first degree in Psychology.

Outside of work, Grace is a keen football fan, a veteran Norwich Academy player, and she coaches and competes nationally in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She uses any remaining spare time to work on home renovations, under the careful supervision of her German Shepherd.
